Mature Worker Employment Portal - Price & Licensing Guide

Option A - Basic Portal

The following features are included for each client:

• Branded with client logo and site colors.
• Unlimited user license.
• Full administrative control and content management.
• Hosted on the JobsOver50 sever and can run on any URL provided by the client.
• Employer functionality to post jobs, volunteer roles, internships, etc.
• Employer verification.
• Job seeker verification.
• Incentive worker verification.
• 4 home page middle tabs available for any use.  Currently defaulting to "Career Journal" (fed by the Wall Street Journal and updated in real-time), "Featured Employers," "upgrade skills" and "Maturity news."  
• Open pages for news, myResources, landing, login, dashboard welcome, about us, contact (incl support & feedback), privacy terms, terms & conditions and FAQs. Full content control of these pages is located in the administrative dashboard.
• "Invite your friends" utility.
• Job search functionality to include city state, state-only or national searches with proximity settings from center point of submission.  (i.e. span 25 miles out from city center to provide opportunities in adjoining cities). 
• Spam-avoidance myMessage system with email notifications and global & individual messaging to job seekers & employers.
• Rotating banner utility (left-side, under login).  120x240 placeholder imbedded.  Upload control within the admin dashboard.

PRICE FOR THE ABOVE PORTAL:  $8,490

ANNUAL LICENSING FEE: 

• Includes renewal of the unlimited user license for admins, job seekers, employers & banner ads
• Includes hosting with unlimited data storage
• Includes back-up in real-time w/ comprehensive disaster recovery
• Includes functional warranty w/ unlimited troubleshooting, repair & 24/7 support

Year 1.  $999 (due at launch of live site)

Years 2 - 5.  $1,250/year*

*5% increase every 5 years starting in year 6

OPTIONAL FEATURES:

• Integrate job aggregation feed: Provides most job opportunities in any region without having to search outside of site. Current database is 6+ million jobs and is updated in real-time by over 5,000 job boards, social networks and niche sites.  $599
• Superadministrator master account with the ability to add, pause or edit administrators.  $699 (this is included in Option B).
• Ability to view communications & job applications of registered job seekers.  $459 (this is included in Option B). 
• Spell check for cover letters, communications & resume wizard.  $639
• Job search alerts: Allows job seekers to save searches and be alerted when there are new results.  $1,799
• Employer API and access control: Allows employers (or staffing agencies) to feed in jobs automatically if administrator grants them access.  Supports Data Frenzy, a utility commonly used by employers and staffing agencies to feed in large volumes of job opportunities.  $2,990 (this is included in Option B).
• E-commerce module for credit card acceptance & merchant integration.  $2,490
• Additional support/training post-launch: Base package above includes unlimited support pre-launch, lifetime functional warranty and a full training session for team either conducted live or via webinar.  $95/hour
• Other changes, additional features, etc:  Estimated upon request (roughly $110/hour). 

Option B - Advanced Portal

The following features are included for each client:

• Same as Option A above plus...
• Superadministrator master account with the ability to add, pause or edit administrators.
• Admin setup and control of job seeker accounts. 
• Ability to view communications & job applications of registered job seekers.
• Employer API and access control: Allows employers (or staffing agencies) to feed in jobs automatically if administrator grants them access.  Supports Data Frenzy, a utility commonly used by employers and staffing agencies to feed in large volumes of job opportunities.
• Enhanced content management control.
